CONDOMINIUMS ARE SELLING!

According to NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) condominium sales are increasing as buyers seek an opportunity to own a home in Naples; condominiums are the more affordable option.Overall, pending sales increased 9% from 839 in October 2013 to 911 in October 2014.

Overall, closed sales decreased 2% from 9,912 in the 12-months ending 2013 to 9,667 in the 12-months ending 2014.

As mentioned in the third quarter report, inventory remains tight in the Naples Area market.

Ozzie and Harriet Live Cam

Ozzie and Harriet, two adult bald eagles have been coming back home to their nest here in Naples since 2006.  They reside here from October to April.  They live on a 60-ft Slash Pine Tree.  You can see them anytime on their live webcam: Ozzie and Harriet Live Cam
