| The luxury market in Naples, FL continues to thrive. According to the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), pending sales for single-family homes and condominiums in the $1 to $2 million USD category increased 53 percent. Overall, closed sales for single-family homes in the $2 million USD and above category increased 37 percent. The Naples area housing market is off to a solid start this season. Though inventory is on a steady decline, 5 percent decrease from last year indicates a slowing of inventory decline.As the luxury sales rise so are cash sales. Cash sales account for 70 percent of transactions in this area.
