Pets are not our whole life but they make our lives whole. If you and your pet(s) want to move to Naples, there are a few things to know. As pet lovers ourselves, we understand how important this can be when you are considering a home purchase.
Single family homes and villas in gated and non-gated communities have few if any pet restrictions. So that furry little friend of yours will be welcomed. Condominiums however are a much different story.
There are many condominium communities in Naples that do not allow pets. Each have different rules and regulations concerning type, size, height, weight, and number of pets allowed. Although the reasons why are not defined, some obvious ones can include the associations’ liability, other unit owners allergies, noise, property clean up, etc.
However, you are in luck! We have a page dedicated to the pet friendly private beach club communities in Naples. All of these high rise communities have access to and/or views to the Gulf of Mexico. Look at those communities HERE. Please contact us to review your special needs.
