Naples Real Estate after Hurricane Irma

Life is returning to Normal
Hurricane Irma may have left temporary marks in Naples, but she can’t take away our pristine beaches, fabulous golf courses, culture and healthy lifestyle.

Historically, SW Florida residential real estate markets rebound quickly after major (Category 3 and above) hurricanes. 13 days after Hurricane Irma, Naples’ power has been restored, restaurants are getting lively again, and other businesses are ready for you!  Our work now is primarily dedicated to removing landscape debris from streets, beach and golf course communities.

Naples is considered a “young” city. Thankfully our updated building codes minimized structural damage; houses and condominium buildings held up well in Irma’s path.

Since the storm hit in September, sellers have a couple of months to get their properties ready for market before our Snow Birds arrive. Buyers will be looking for homes with storm protection.

As soon as the weather gets nasty up north, “they’ll be back”.  If you have any questions about your real estate goals,  please contact me.
