	Colliers Reserve 220 single family homes are nestled in the world’s first Audubon Signature Sanctuary Golf Course. Arthur Hills designed this 18 hole “golfer’s golf course”, just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and Interstate 75.
	Grey Oaks Multiple national award winning Grey Oaks has three outstanding 18 hole golf courses; The Palm and The Pine designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton, and The Estuary designed by Bob Cupp. This community is in central Naples and has several neighborhoods of magnificent estate homes, condominiums, coach homes and villas. Grey Oaks still has some land left to build.
	Kensington This 18 hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course community features a variety of home styles. From the gated entry you are a short drive to beaches, shopping, and entertainment.
	Mediterra At the north edge of Naples, Mediterra is a spectacularly landscaped community of Mediterranean styled estate homes, villas and coach homes. There are two 18 hole golf courses designed by Tom Fazio. Land is available to build. Beach Club is available.

	Quail Creek Arthur Hills designed the two 18 hole championship courses. Close to Interstate 75, this is a built-out community of single family homes on large lots as well as condominiums and villas.

	Treviso Bay Minutes from downtown Naples, this 1050 acre secluded community offers a wide range of home styles by several of the area’s more respected and experienced builders. Treviso Bay is the last parcel of land in Naples. It is set in natural beauty and offers the only SW Florida PGA Tournament Players Club (TPC) 18 hole course designed by Arthur Hills.
	The Vineyards This is a large established club community, close to Interstate 75, with many different Florida lifestyles to choose from. Mark McCumber designed the North Course and William Amich designed the South Course.
	Wyndemere This is Naples’ first golf course community. Considered “far away” in early Naples’ history, Wyndemere is now just minutes from midtown and downtown activities thanks to the new Golden Gate Bridge. There are a variety of homes here. Arthur Hills designed the challenging 27 holes of golf.
