1. WEATHER

Naples is famous for its warm, bright and sunny climate.  It is classified tropical wet and dry also known as Savannah dry.  January to March is the peak season for our snowbird population, although we are seeing more folks calling Naples their permanent/ full-time residence.

2. BEACHES

Our beautiful beach lies on the Gulf Coast of Mexico and has more than 10 miles of clean, white sand for walking, fishing, relaxing, watching dolphins and other sea life and birds.  There are many types of luxury properties on or near the beach- condominiums, townhomes and single-family properties ranging from 600,000 to over 10 million.   There are numerous access points to the beach.  Sea turtles traveling 1000 of miles back to the beach, so they can lay their own nest.  The beaches are equipped with Freshwater Showers, Lifeguards, observation tower, bath house, picnic areas and restrooms.   There is even a beach for your pet to enjoy!  You can find out more on: www.mypetlovesnaples.combeach lifestyle

3. LUXE SHOPPING

Naples is known as one of the wealthier cities in the United States, with the sixth highest per capita income in America with the second high proportion of millionaires per capita in the US. You can bet that shopping here is fabulous.  Fifth Ave in Olde Naples has designer boutiques and fine and casual dining-great for strolling.  Mercato, an urban shopping experience- has posh lounges, stylish boutiques and Silverspot movie theatre equipped with bar, lounge and your private movie seat reservation.  Waterside Shoppes in mid-Naples is also known for its upscale brands such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffanys, Saks Fifth Avenue and oh so much more.  Other popular shopping locations include Bayfront, Coastland Mall, Coconut Point and The Village on Venetian Bay.

4.GOLF COURSES

With about 100 public and private golf courses to choose from, Naples is self-titled, “Golf Capital of the World”.  There are many gated luxury communities here designed by world famous golf course architects.  Most of these communities offer condominiums, villas and single-family properties ranging from about 500,000 to over 9 million USD.greyoaks

5.GREEN CITY

Naples is not just another pretty face…Naples cares about its environment.  Preserve areas from the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary to the Big Cypress National Preserve protect our wildlife neighbors and their homes. 6. ART AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

There is never a dull moment in Naples; you can always find performing arts and cultural events to attend.  The Artis-Naples is home to the Baker Museum and Naples Philharmonic.  There you can enjoy classical and pop music, Broadway shows, ballet and performances. A very popular Art Center is The von Liebig where art works are presented and sold from the Naples Art Association, mostly representing Florida Artists.  There are many private galleries around the area.

 7. PLENTIFUL FISHING DESTINATIONS

Get your fishing lines ready!  The weather encourages good water temperature in the Gulf of Mexico creating a good year-round environment for fishing.  Naples has many destinations for fishing.  Ten Thosand Islands is a very popular area for fishing and ecotourists.  There are marinas that serve as your “one-stop shop” for first-hand weather reports, tides and course fishing.  For instance, the Port of the Islands Marina is a boater’s paradise with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, Ten Thousand Island and backwaters of the Everglades.   If you need help catching your trophy, there are also experienced guides at Marinas that will go out and help you reel them in!  Not looking to get on a boat?  No problem because you can also fish off of the famous Naples Pier, Canals and Rivers where the tidal currents are strong.Naples pier

 8. YAPPY HOUR

You don’t have to live the good life alone…your pet is welcome too!  Naples offers a plethora of pet friendly spots.  One of my personal favorites is Yappy Hour on Saturdays in Venetian Village at the M Waterfront Grill.  9. SCRUMPTIOUS CUISINE

Naples has diverse culinary varieties. There are many choices- from Mexican to Mediterranean.  You are sure to find a spot that satisfies your appetite.  Naples sunny weather can be enjoyed over a meal outside as there are a number of sidewalk cafes, chic bistros and waterside options.  Naple’s dining style combines a fun, chic ambiance with tasty culinary experiences.  As mentioned above, foodies have a diverse choice of dining including: Bar and Grill, Cafes, American, Chinese, Continental, French, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Steak and of course Seafood.

10. STRONG HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

A main factor in the growth of our city is the rapidly expanding medical field.    Naples is served by NCH Healthcare System.  It is part of the Mayo Clinic network and is the first Healthcare system in the state of Florida to be a part of this network.  This connection provides our city with Mayo Clinic’s extended knowledge and expertise to physicians and providers interested in working together in the best interest of their patients.  The NCH Heart Institute offers the most progressive cardiac care in Southwest Florida.  The NCH Healthcare System offers advanced heart, cancer, newborn, pediatric and obstetric care.
